a piece i did for a potential job. does anyone remember corpse killer on sega saturn? it sucked, but was laden with zombies.

i recently came up on some acrylic paint and man, is it sweet. maybe im just stoked on the fact that there is almost zero clean up and an incredibly short dry-time.

arg! the mobility vs. vulnerability is giving me a rough time. he should be able to walk...but the joints allowing him to move leave large holes where he would be exposed. the shoulder joint mechanism should connect the arm pieces and also provide an axis or two for movement.

felt like i could have gone insane working on the detailed turn arounds of this one...so i cut it short and did it a little more graphic-stylee than rendered.

here is the abomination again...i made some minor changes [thanks to all who gave me really great feedback] that i think make this piece a lot stronger.

yes, everything in the future will have bright colorful lights...its only to contrast the abundance of cold steel and matte rubberized black surfaces.
